These High Street common parts are 2 mirror image staircases serving 98 Flats. The project was carried out while the building was in full occupation and had to be carefully planned and managed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the residents, porters and general pubilc.
Our works involved Installation of fibre infrastructure to the flats, new telephony infrastructure, door entry wiring, various upgrades with relation to fire regulations, bespoke carpet, restoration of terrazzo stairs, polished plaster feature wall, French polishing timber doors and handrails, bespoke lighting, suspended ceilings, radio fire alarm system, electrical rewire, made to measure Timber entrance doors with high security locks installed, wallcoverings renewed & full redecoration.
