A full common Parts Refurbishment including electrical overhaul installing PIR switching, Installation of 2 large feature pendants in the entrance lobby. New raft ceilings with mood adjustable LED strips to the perimeters, new face plates & sockets.
Large format Calacatta porcelain in the entrance lobby & rich pile carpets to all other landings. New dado rails & oak clawed melamine panels have been introduced beneath dado rails of the entrance hall. Feature patterned wallpaper installed on staircase walls and full decorations to the remaining areas.
