Externally: structural works to front elevation balcony to ensure its safety and longevity, new Welsh slate roof & all new lead work, box gutters and flashings. Major works were required to the existing rear unsatisfactory extension which had to be demolished and re-built from scratch. The extension included a new lead roof, conservation light.

Internally: Full electrical rewire and alterations, extensive plumbing works, upgrade to wet heating system including a new boiler accompanied with a booster system to improve water pressure. New kitchen and bathroom suites. New floor coverings, carpet and engineered floor throughout along with a new mosaic tiled entrance.
