Carried out in the peak of the pandemic, this project ran extremely smooth. On busy roads in Central London, external works can be challenging with the level of footfall, outdoor diners, busy offices etc.. because those 3 items were essentially removed from the equation, our site management & labour force could focus with great precision on the works at hand, knowing that the impact on local business and occupants of the building were minimal to nil.

The works required to bring this building back to its stunning original condition were doff cleaning to the front and side elevation, substantial masonry and brickwork repairs, replacement of weather/aged lead capping’s, introduction of new lead capping to decorative corbels and projecting cornices, timber and metal work repairs as well as upgrading lightning protection.
