Works consisted of full redecoration to the entirety of the property along with a complete roof replacement, specialist masonry repairs including the tuck pointing to the existing window heads, complete stucco replacement to the ground floor and cleaning/repairs of the mosaic tiles to the main entrance of the building.

​As the property was fully occupied throughout the duration of the project, careful management and planning were required to achieve and deliver a finish with the highest standard.
