52 Grosvenor Gardens.

A full-scale Internal refurbishment of this attractive period building in South Belgravia, Central London.

Works included lift refurbishment, remodelling of 16 WCs and 8 disabled WCs, full redecoration of the communal staircase including wide vinyl wall coverings, new ceiling tiles, cast iron radiators, floor coverings as well as architectural art deco features, floor signage & way finders.

The front entrance and reception was completely refurbished including a new bespoke reception desk and mail cabinet, Italian stone floors and new decorative finishes throughout.

The project was extremely challenging due to being carried out in fully occupied commercial building; shifts had to be split to allow for all noisy works to be carried out between 9pm and 3am – all decorations and quiet works were carried out in normal business hours. Despite putting huge pressure on all involved, we delivered the project to a truly beautiful standard.
