A well overdue comprehensive internal refurbishment project of this common parts within a listed Mayfair property. Works included stripping the existing wallpaper and re-plastering, the renewal of energy efficient LED lighting controlled via PIR, replacement flooring coverings, new ironmongery to apartment front entrance doors and complete redecoration of what was a very tired building in the heart of Mayfair.
The refurbishment was carried out whilst the building was occupied and therefore the need for meticulous planning, ongoing resident liaison and the need to carry out our works in a careful and diligent manner in order to keep the disturbance and inconvenience down to an absolute minimum.
