This category A refurbishment was completed within a very quick turnaround of 4 weeks. Works included the demolitions and removal of glass partitions, removal of existing ceiling tiles, lighting, small power, perimeter trunking and an old kitchen.
Refurbishment works included a full service of the comfort cooling system, the installation of a new grid ceiling and LED flush lighting panels, new distribution board, small power, perimeter trunking and new floor coverings.
