25 Porchester Place.

Working with Knight Frank, Belsize Architects and interior designer we converted the complete ground floor of 25 Porchester Place from office space to residential.

The major works included new structural glazed curtain walling, underfloor heating, air conditioning, acoustic walls/ceilings and all the M&E works. The works also included all finishes to the 2 bedroom flat and studio apartment, new reception and management office.
