Grace joined Harte’s in 2014 as a painter and decorator, bringing with her 20 years of trade experience. Over the years, she progressed through a variety of roles including Working Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Site Manager before moving into her current position as Health & Safety Adviser.

Grace holds an NVQ Level 3, SSSTS, SMSTS, and IOSH qualifications, and serves as the company’s Temporary Works Coordinator. She is also a Mental Health First Aider and RPE Fit Tester, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our team remains a top priority.
